Can I defer my offer even though I've accepted it ? - 留學

I accepted my offer long time ago but by far
I haven't got my CAS and paid my tuition fees.
Thus, I was wondering if I am able to defer it so late?
Is it possible or it has happened before?

If anyone here has got any revelent experience in this issue.
Please tell me and share it here with everyone.
