我不懂的部分是第一段第二行那一句:

But their hunting ground is the surface of the Arctic ice, where resting
seals make easy and calorie-rich prey.

說北極熊的獵食區域是在北極的冰域，然後...

seal海豹

make easy...什麼的

後面那個子句就不知道意思了

請高手幫我解答一下，感激!!
