金城路明德路口，記得前幾天，才把金城路兩側路肩都重新刨過舖新柏油，而且
施工品質看起來疑似還不錯。
今天凌晨兩點半敝人出門上班經過，竟看見該路口又圍起一小塊區域在施工，
地上又是冒著白煙的新舖柏油，當時心裡就涼了半截...
剛剛下班又經過，只見凌晨施工的地方，一片平整的柏油路上，多了一大塊不堪入目
的柏油疙瘩...
到底是怎樣的施工品質跟理念，可以容許在好不容易舖平的馬路上又加上這種
足以造成行經車輛輕微損傷的小型路障??舖柏油可以是這麼隨性隨便的一件事嗎??
還是吾人天生註定不該享有一片平坦完美無暇的道路品質??
