那天的題目是

Some people think the best way to Penilton company's and they harm the
environment such as higher tax or higher fine,
some other people think there is a better way, what's your opinion
公司污染環境，選懲罰（稅或罰金）；還是其他方法stop 對環境的破壞


寫完總覺得我的論述跟題目有點偏了...

不曉得我這樣寫reasoons有沒有寫離題
