8/27交管怎麼回去 - 基隆

大家好，本人為工作菜鳥一枚，在臺北上班，家住基隆信義國中附近，已經忘了，以前都
怎麼躲(?)過交管的，因為管制五點開始，但我回到基隆大概最快也要7點半，我很想回家
啊~~~
聽說大眾運輸也不行通過，想請問住在附近的前輩們是怎麼回去的呢??
我會騎車，所以也可以騎車，目前想到的方法有
1，車停中正路，騎車繞過去
2，找人一起坐計程車，開萬瑞快速道路
還有嗎???謝謝
