最重要的還是起床 洗臉拉.
洗冷水 一定醒
有時候睡太久不好 因為體內的廢物都沒排泄
又沒喝水..最慘的是追逐夢境 沒意義
: 我之前也會用手機當鬧鐘,
: 不過我不是靠鈴聲,我是靠震動的==
: 用鈴聲的話也叫不醒我,
: 可是我之前用NOKIA的手機,震動超猛的,
: 只要放在桌上我一定會被震醒。
: 現在我換別款的手機,震動沒那麼強了,結果也叫不醒我了@@"
: 只好用傳統的鬧鐘,感覺很不保險啊~~
