〔記者唐在馨／台中報導〕針對中捷斷軸問題，北捷及川崎重工的報告仍有疑慮，為了市民安全，台中市長盧秀燕今天上午宣布通車日期延後，據了解，因為對報告不滿，盧秀燕親自打電話跟柯文哲抱怨，並質問柯文哲︰「這樣的報告你滿意嗎？」
台中市新聞局長黃國瑋解釋，市長的確有跟柯文哲打電話，但不清楚電話內容，但在與北捷的對談過程中，台中市政府多次跟北捷表達不滿意2次報告仍無法解決問題的態度，而對方也表示了解，並願意再次提出方案讓市府檢視。
鑑於事件發生已經23天，北捷提出2次報告都無法讓中市府滿意，中市府也已將籌組專家學者組成的第三方委員會進行專案審查。
