2度拒絕「半套店」行賄 廉警張智翔獲表揚
〔記者黃建華／高雄報導〕「菜鳥」警員不愛錢，色情業者就倒大楣了!
高雄市五福三路一家色情「半套店」，去年見新到任的新興警分局自強所管區警員張智翔登門查訪，按月匯款行賄張員，但張員廉潔自持，不但兩度悍然拒絕金錢誘惑，還通報上級把這家色情業者抄了。張員為此獲選今年度政府廉潔楷模，並獲「花媽」高雄市長陳菊頒獎表揚，警界長官都對其廉潔操守，讚譽有加。
獲選106年政府廉潔楷模的警員張智翔，在警界算是「菜鳥」，104年才自警專畢業，第一份工作即分發在高雄市警察局，去（105）年10月接任新興分局自強路派出所管區，轄內五福三路一家以畫家名字為招牌的色情業者知悉後，趁張員登門查訪時欲行賄，張員嚴拒，後來業者又透過「白手套」稱要開立一個帳戶，按月存入規費，亦遭張智翔拒絕，並告知「一切依規定辦理。
張員返回派出所後隨即依規定向上級陳報，新興警分局獲報，即進行蒐證後，向法院申請搜索票，執行搜索，果真查獲店家從事色情交易，全案依妨害風化案移送，並將色情業者以「行賄」罪嫌移送地檢署偵辦。
新興警分局副分局長施錫明表示，張員本職責，拒絕經營色情業者賄賂情事，廉潔操守值得嘉許，警方因此將張員提報政府廉潔楷模，雀屏中選。
