中央氣象局的預報資料表示
1111受到東北季風增強影響，高雄地區為陰短暫雨天氣
就地面圖到高空圖配置
地面圖上，大陸高壓中心在河北，勢力到巴士海峽
小型輕颱持續朝越南移動，無直接影響
850hPa，近中午時澎湖到高雄一帶海面，風向不連續
水氣充足的緣故，在外海容易有新的對流胞
700hPa，高壓中心在花蓮外海，吹東南風
雷達回波上，目前在巴士海峽上的回波，持續朝北北西方向移動
10時前高雄市天氣為陰偶小雨天氣，10時到晚上為小雨天氣
臺南天氣會好些，中午前陰到多雲偶小雨，中午到傍晚為小雨，入夜偶小雨
出門建議攜帶雨具，留意交通安全
墾丁雨勢比較大，不建議前往，偶有6級陣風
