想請問Water in the desert的Q11

Paragraph 7：
Water does not remain immobile in an aquifer but can seep out at springs or
leak into other aquifers. The rate of movement may be very slow: in the Indus

答案是A...我自己也是選A 但是我是用刪去法的~
因為可以肯定這段裡面沒有提到 B.飲用水 C.recharged D.support life的部分

可是等到回頭想要找A的支持理由的時後卻也看不出來A.的描述
只覺得這段是在講水不是不會移動的而已...請問足以支持A的是在哪裡呢??
