我是從2月離職後開始所有準備的，時間上算很充裕，但處理申請文件的時間比想像中多
很多，SOP最後的版本是v5.0，建議大家多留一些時間修改。
3月: 選校
4-5月: GRE
6月: TOEFL
7-12月: 處理申請文件 + 聽CS核心課程的公開課打些基礎

參考了很多版上跨領域申請成功的心得，也爬了USnews裡面相關領域(CS/ Business -
Information Systems)的排行榜，再一間間查詢相關Program，篩選出自己能符合申請條
件的清單，最後依據Program評價及私人考量訂出申請目標。
[SOP]
主要參考：倫大部落格、Evon's writing recipe、Cantab English，
讀完各種教學文寫出第一版之後，請了不少朋友幫忙看，點出各種問題之後再大改。
SOP最後的段落安排如下：
> Introduction:
should be a roadmap that lays out what you are going to talk about in the essay.
開頭簡述抱負/未來目標 + Summary of the following paragraphs.
> 2-4:
describe your related experiences and demonstrate your motivation (which
might align with the mission of your applied school or program).
參考Cantab English介紹的STAR寫法
> 5:
You may also describe challenges/opportunities of this field to show your
understanding, and connect them with your motivation.
> 6-7:
describe why the program can help achieve your career goal, and why you
are a strong candidate (what can you contribute to this profession/program).
**Every paragraph should focus around one clear thesis statement, make sure
the thesis statement includes all the important points you want the readers
to know. (Since they might not read all the following details.)
**內容部分要注意邏輯是否順暢、前後文是否一貫，以及短/中長期目標是否夠具體/聚焦
/符合該Program方向。
最後再找英文編修/潤稿服務：
前面幾版我會丟Wordvice，較慢較貴，會對段落架構及內容方向給建議；
內容大致都確定後就只需要丟Papersogay，較快且便宜，基本上就修改一些文法、用字等
[Resume/CV]
與SOP相輔相成，一些沒重要到需要放進SOP的相關經歷可以考慮放進來。
我因為非本科生，有特別強調相關的 training courses和 course projects。
其他需要注意的各種細節就多爬教學文囉。
[LoR]
找了大學導師+專題指導教授+以前主管，需擬稿時是參考cantab english的教學。
[Video Interview]
我語速可能偏慢，一分鐘只能講約125字。
NYU的是自己提供影片檔，所以就準備好講稿一段一段錄起來、剪接好就好了。
其他要及時抽題回答的，就多準備一些萬年面試考古題練習吧
