URGENT – IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE UK BORDER AGENCY VISA REGULATIONS
You are probably aware that the UK Border Agency has recently introduced
English language standards that all those seeking a Tier 4 student visa
must now meet.
As you know, all applicants must meet our own English language requirements;
these have been amended to take account of the UKBA’s new rules, and are

Although you hold an offer for postgraduate study, this by itself may not be
enough to allow you to enter the UK. You may or may not be affected by the
UKBA’s new regulations on English ability, so we have provided guidance to
you on our web site so that you can identify whether you need to take any
further action due to the new UKBA requirement.
We are broadcasting this information to many postgraduate applicants,
and you may or may not be affected by the UKBA change…. BUT….

We will be unable to provide you with a CAS until you have provided us with
the evidence that you meet the new English requirements.
