關於煙火??!! - 澎湖

想請問澎湖的鄉親們,我預計下星期過去旅行,
今天從民宿那裡獲知17號在湖西那裡有煙火秀,
但是我在板上都找不到相關資訊,奇怪哩~~!!

有知道相關資訊的達人可以幫幫我嗎??

另,我可以請問一下我們原本預計17日要去潮間帶玩,
那這天退潮時間是在何時呢??(實在對潮汐表沒輒...看沒... )
可以幫我解個惑嗎~~thanks~
