小弟最近再準備申請學校
TOEFL太晚考，雖然考的還可接受，但才102分，沒時間重考，也不想重考
該學程要求：
4. The applicant can show a proficiency in English language - usually a
degree from an English-speaking institution or a submission of an certificate
in English language - IELTS certificate with a score of 7.5, or
TOEFL score of 630 (267 in the new computer-based test or 109 in the
Internet-based TOEFL)
>< 109很難耶! 我覺得TOEFL口說部分根本沒有一定分數標準
第一次考只答3/6題跟第二次考6題全答，且答的很詳細，分數竟然一樣！
（第二次有點懷疑是考試硬體設備有問題）

ability in English and departments may select which is most appropriate for
the individual research programme of study concerned.

看來得走跟教授通信來進牛津了，只是很難拿到獎學金
