想請問申請過英國簽證的前輩們。
我今天在填寫Tier 2 (general) 的線上表格時，發現有一欄是
"criminal convictions (including traffic offenses)。
之前在美國唸書時，有被開過兩張超速罰單，在台灣應該也有過幾張逕行快車道之類的。
請問各位在填這一欄時有把這樣的紀錄寫上去嗎？
可是寫上去的話，需要另外提供原罰單的詳細資料，現在人不在美國，很難拿到。
想聽聽大家的意見如何。謝謝。

你有因為這些交通違規上了法院（例如開車撞死人）才

在英國不用上法庭是因為你認罪 還是traffic offense

SOME traffic offenses are NOT considered as such,

e.g., speeding. Though this is the case in the UK
