腸胃炎所吃的藥的作用 - 生活

最近因為忽然感覺頭很暈很想吐,時常拉肚子,所以去看了醫生,醫生判定是急性腸胃炎,便開了以下的藥:Dosin(domperidone10mg)simethicone40mgSucralfateNewzyme我已經吃了3天,並照醫生的指示只吃清淡的食物(白吐司)和舒跑加水當3餐,但還是有點吃不太下東西......想請問一下這幾種藥的效用及我的飲食習慣哪裡要改進,謝�
