今天想報名

到最後用信用卡付費時

他一直說

"We are unable to process your order with the payment information you
provided. To try again using a different payment method, please click on the
link below."

這樣是代表我的資料填錯了嗎?

還有Billing Information上的資料是要填卡片擁有者的資料嗎?

還是只要填想要把帳單寄給誰這樣?

以前沒有這一欄, 不知道會不會影響付費程序

有人有遇到跟我一樣的問題嗎? 該怎麼解決?
