申請表中的fiancial support - 留學

填申請表時遇到一題，不太確定是什麼意思
是選擇題，有三個選項：
I am applying for fiancial support(fellowship, assistantship)
I am not applying for fiancial support(fellowship, assistantship)
I will fiance my graduate study from other resource：填充題

請問他的意思是以下哪個？
1. 要不要申請本校的fellowship, assistantship？選第一個則納入獎學金考量
2. 現在有沒有正在申請本校或其他地方的獎學金？本校獎學金要另外提出申請，有提出才選第一個選項

一般要申請獎學金有需要另外申請，還是都在填申請表時勾選？
又或者不用填任何東西而會直接納入考量？
