Cornell graduate admission中的international transcript需求有提到

"Courses must be described in detail. The general subject name (e.g.,
"mathematics") is not sufficient; the particular subject (e.g., "
differential equations," "algebraic topology") must be identified."

請問是要將大學與研究所修過的課(選修和必修)列出、詳細說明課程內容，
再製作成一份檔案寄給學校嗎? 還是說只需要列出課程大綱即可?
