他提到他最近在愛爾蘭首都都柏林辦學

I am starting a School of English for Chinese students based in Dublin.
It is targeting 3rd level students and graduates. We will specialise in
Business, Engineering, Medical and Scientific English. Would Taiwanese
people be interested ??
