曼大不允許讀語言學校嗎? - 留學

剛收到conditional offer，

但註明:

"Conditional on English as follows, a pre-sessional course will not be

considered, an IELTS or TOEFL test is required.IELTS Test score of 7.0 or

more overall. With a minimum writing score of 7."

我讀的是MSc Development Finance，

不知道有人對這方面有經驗嗎?

想請問:

1.可否先考到接近的分數，然後去信希望換成uncon.?

2.曼大的語言課程結束後需要考IELTS嗎?
