今天收到之前考的成績單

可是成績單之前就已經收過,今天是收到一模一樣的一份

並多了一張紙,寫說due to a printing issue,
please find the enclosed reprinted copy of your toefl ibt score report.

請問有大大知道是怎麼回事嗎@@?
