存款利息的退稅文件 - 留學

首先要感謝 davidcl 的存款利息退稅的分享

離開英國前，我寄了R40到英國的退稅機構，以申請存款利息的退稅

一個禮拜後，就收到了tax office的回信

信上說無法追縱我的資料

要求我提供national insurance number or temporary referenc number

同時要求我填P85的表格

然而，上網查了一下，

似乎只有申請過工作簽證的人，才會有national insurance number

我本身是拿學生簽證，因此沒有這組號碼

不曉得是否有版上的朋友有相同的經驗，

我要去那邊查national insurance number呢？謝謝!!

附上原文：

I have returned the form to you as I cannot trace your record. Please

provide a National Insurance Number or Temporary Reference Number if you

have one.

Please also complete the enclosed P85 leaving the UK form and return it to

me.
