收到國外學校的錄取通知信，
但因個人有其他生涯規劃想延期一年（申請Deferral）。
想知道規則上是要先回覆學校寄來錄取信中的intent to register form（表單上有accept和decline兩個選擇）才能申請deferral，還是決定要deferral就不要先點accept呢？
因為條款上有
I agree that I will:
Make arrangements to arrive in Boston, MA by September 1st, 2021 for the fall semester.
若我點accept是不是代表我一定要遵守入學時間，再申請deferral是否有點衝突？
我也有先寫信和program coordinator 提出deferral要求，可是遲遲沒有回應，但回覆intent to register form時間在即，想知道到底該不該點選accept，擔心offer被取消，想問版上的經驗，謝謝大家！
