報名時付款失敗 - 英檢

我用的是網路報名、富邦visa卡付款。我沒有信用卡。

輸入卡號16碼、驗證碼3碼之後，就出現：

We are unable to process your order with the payment information you provided.

To try again using a different payment method, please click on the link below.

有爬過文了，但還是不知道是哪裡出問題。

這張卡是我一直用來買ios app用的，所以理論上有開啟跨國付款的功能。

請問各位，到底是哪裡出問題了呢？

我還有郵局的visa卡，但是輸入之後就進入3D驗證的畫面，然後又出現同樣的錯誤訊息。

我總覺得還是用富邦的比較好，感覺郵局管很多啊！
